Below you will find the general terms and conditions.
These apply when you use my services or place an order on my website and contain important information for you as a buyer. Therefore, please read these terms carefully.

Prices and Information
1. All prices listed for the items on the website ElselinTCG  include VAT.

2. When the shipping costs are charged, then this will be clearly stated in a timely manner prior to the conclusion of the agreement.      These costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

3. ElselinTCG can not be held responsible for (color) deviations resulting from screen quality.

 

Registration
1. To make optimal use of the website, the customer can register via the registration form on the website.

2. During the registration procedure, the customer chooses a username and password with which he can log in to the website after      registration via a link sent to the provided email address. The customer is personally responsible for choosing a sufficiently                secure password.

3. The customer must keep his login details—his username and password—strictly confidential.

    ElselinTCG is not liable for misuse of the login details and may always assume that a customer who logs in to the website is                indeed that customer.
    Everything that happens via the customer's account falls under the responsibility and risk of the customer.

4. If the customer knows or suspects that his login details have fallen into the hands of unauthorized persons, he must change his        password as soon as possible and/or notify ElselinTCG.

 

Execution of Agreement

1. As soon as the order has been received by ElselinTCG, ElselinTCG will send the products as soon as possible.

2. The website clearly describes, in a timely manner prior to the conclusion of the agreement, the manner in which delivery will
    take place and the period within which the products will be delivered. If no delivery period has been agreed upon or stated,                products will in any case be delivered within 7 days.

3. If ElselinTCG is unable to deliver the products within the agreed period, it will notify the customer accordingly. In that case, the          customer may agree to a new delivery date or be given the option to terminate the agreement free of charge.

4. ElselinTCG advises the customer to inspect the delivered products within 24 hours of receipt and to report any defects found,            preferably in writing or by email.

 

Payment
The customer must make payments to ElselinTCG in accordance with the payment methods indicated in the ordering process and possibly on the website.
ElselinTCG is free to choose which payment methods to offer, and these may change from time to time.

 

Right of withdrawal/return

The right of return does not apply to products that have been specially made for the customer.

 

VAT/TAX costs

If there are VAT (Tax) costs for your country, Then those costs have to be paid by yourself!
